Embedded Systems & Firmware Engineer
Jamtara, Jharkhand / Hybrid
Design and optimize ultra-low-power BLE 5.4 LE Mesh firmware and E-Paper display controllers for our wireless Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop C/C++ firmware for Bluetooth 5.4 LE Mesh microcontrollers.
- Optimize E-Paper display refresh algorithms for sub-1s wireless price updates.
- Conduct RF signal tuning, RSSI measurement, and coin cell battery life optimizations.
- Collaborate with hardware gateway engineers on store deployment testing in Jharkhand and West Bengal.
Full-Stack POS Integration Developer
Remote / Hybrid (India)
Build real-time REST/GraphQL webhooks and companion POS software connecting Quickshelf ESL tags with Tally Prime, Zoho POS, SAP, Marg ERP, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-throughput API endpoints and webhook ingestion handlers using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Build plug-and-play connector plugins for Tally Prime, Zoho Inventory, and Marg ERP.
- Design responsive store management dashboards and E-Paper display template builders.
- Ensure sub-1s price synchronization latency between cloud webhooks and store edge gateways.

Drive supermarket, grocery chain, and retail store partner onboarding across Jharkhand (Jamtara, Ranchi, Dhanbad) and West Bengal (Kolkata, Siliguri, Asansol).
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard independent supermarkets and retail chains into the Quickshelf 6-Month Free Beta Program.
- Conduct in-store ESL hardware demonstrations for supermarket owners and store managers.
- Build distribution partnerships with POS software resellers and retail IT consultants.
- Manage client relationships and collect product feedback for engineering teams.
Retail Hardware Installation & Support Specialist

Perform on-site store surveys, BLE 5.4 gateway AP installations, shelf rail mounting, and staff training for partner supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure BLE 5.4 mesh gateway access points and universal shelf rail tracks in retail stores.
- Perform hardware health diagnostics, RSSI signal mapping, and tag pairing.
- Train supermarket staff on daily ESL tag operations and companion POS usage.
- Provide 24/7 technical support for store gateway connectivity and battery maintenance.
